All of the persons responsible for coordinating the conference services will be available at all times during the conference dates, ready to perform ad hoc errands and tasks for the on-site coordinators. Moreover, there will be a group of students available to work the conference as volunteers. Hotel will not have separate official conference administration service, because members of organizing committee will coordinate activities and services required for the conference with the hotel director and stuff.
